The P180 holds the record for the fastest propeller driven aircraft at over 500 knots. As part of the release, FlightFx confirmed they are now working on an Embraer E145 regional jet.

In the first dev stream of the year, the MSFS team shared that their primary focus is on bug-fixing with SU1 planned to release on February 18th. Sim Update 2 is planned for April with Sim Update 3 releasing in June.

The upgraded scenery features a landmarks pack with 11 new points of interest, overhauled interiors, and revamped ground textures that make use of new features available in 2024. New for this release, features can be turned on and off in the iniManager to improve performance.

The pack features 15 high-detail "hero assets" and over 200 medium-detail POIs as well as fixes for default terrain issues. The pack also includes custom orthoimagery that replaces blurred areas in the default sim.
