FlightSimExpo Fans:

If you haven't yet booked accommodation for FlightSimExpo 2024, today is the deadline to secure discounted hotel rooms at the Rio.

Rooms booked within the FlightSimExpo block:

  • Are guaranteed to be in the newly renovated Ipanema Tower.
  • Include a $25 credit per room toward food and beverage. 
  • Are just $149/night on Friday and Saturday, and $69/night on other nights, plus tax and and a reduced resort fee.
  • Include wireless in-room internet for up to 5 devices.

Following today's deadline, rooms will still be available. However, the discounted price and FSExpo attendee benefits may no longer be offered. 

2024 Activities - Limited Space Still Available! 

We have fun group Activities happening around the show. Although several are sold out, we do have limited space remaining for:

  • Group Visit to the Mob Museum ($99): Guided tour and life-sized group crime-solving puzzle! Includes round-trip transportation.
  • Dig This Vegas ($250): The heavy equipment playground for adults, featuring 30-60 minutes on heavy equipment, lunch, and beer/sodas (after the dig!). Includes round-trip transportation. 
  • PanIQ Escape Room ($99): Escape room experience followed by a night out on the Strip. Includes one-way transportation. 
  • Trip to the Strip ($10): One-way transportation to The Venetian Resort, centrally located on the Las Vegas Strip.
