As of today, there are 5 rooms remaining at our $199/night (+tax) rate in downtown Providence. There are also plenty of hotels within driving distance at a variety of price points. Discounted parking at the Rhode Island Convention Center is available for $15/day.

Last Call for 2025 Addons

Cut-off dates are approaching quickly for fun, group activities happening before, during, and after the show.
Options include planespotting trips, a laugh-filled bus tour of the city, aircraft and scenery workshops, and X-Rave, a unique celebration where aviation meets electrifying beats on Friday night. FSA Captains are welcome to join the FlightSimExpo Banquet on Friday, June 27.
The deadline to register or join the waiting list for tours is Tuesday, June 10. Other deadlines are fast approaching, and space is limited. Learn more and register at flightsimexpo.com/addons.

For the first time ever, the FlightSimExpo show floor will be modeled in MSFS! Earlier today, iniBuilds announced KPVD for MSFS 2024 in celebration the event. We're excited to share that PVD ATC Tour and PVD Airside Tour participants will get this payware scenery for free!
